nejigram（以下「当事業者」）は、当事業者が運営するウェブサイト nejigram.com（以下「当サイト」）及び当事業者が提供するモバイルアプリケーション（以下「本アプリ」）における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）のとおり定めます。 nejigram ("we") sets out below how we handle information in connection with the website nejigram.com ("this site") and the mobile applications we provide ("the apps").

メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容（お名前を含む）、本アプリ内で利用者が記録した内容（spklife におけるペットに関する記録及び写真、Bathtime における入浴の記録など） Email address, the content of inquiries (including your name), and content you record in the apps (records and photos of your pet in spklife, bath records in Bathtime, etc.)

アカウント・認証に関する情報Account and authentication information

アカウント作成時のメールアドレス及びパスワード（パスワードは元に戻せない形式に変換して保存し、当事業者が内容を知ることはできません）。Sign in with Apple 又は Google アカウントによるログインをご利用の場合は、当該サービスから提供される利用者識別子及びメールアドレス。Apple の「メールを非公開」機能をご利用の場合、当事業者が受け取るのは Apple が発行する転送用アドレスのみです。 The email address and password you use to create an account (passwords are stored in an irreversible form and are never visible to us). If you sign in with Apple or with a Google account, the user identifier and email address supplied by that service. If you use Apple's Hide My Email feature, we only ever receive the relay address issued by Apple.

自動的に取得される情報Information collected automatically

端末の機種名、OS及びそのバージョン、本アプリのバージョン、言語・地域設定、IPアドレス、不具合発生時のクラッシュログ、本アプリの利用状況に関する統計情報、広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID） Device model, OS and version, app version, language and region settings, IP address, crash logs, aggregate usage statistics, and advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android)

当事業者は、人種、信条、病歴その他の要配慮個人情報を取得しません。また、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は、各配信プラットフォーム事業者が取り扱うものであり、当事業者は取得いたしません。 We do not collect sensitive information such as race, creed or medical history. Payment details such as card numbers are handled by the distribution platforms and are never received by us.

3. 利用目的3. Purposes of use

取得した情報は、以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。 We use the information only for the following purposes.

• 本アプリ及び当サイトの機能提供（アカウントの識別・認証、データの保存・同期を含む）Providing the apps and site, including account identification, authentication and data storage or sync
• お問い合わせへの回答、サポートの提供Responding to inquiries and providing support
• 不具合の調査・修正、品質及び利便性の改善Investigating and fixing defects, and improving quality and usability
• サービスに関する重要なお知らせの送信Sending important service notices
• 本アプリ内における広告の配信及びその効果測定Delivering advertising within the apps and measuring its performance
• 利用規約に違反する行為への対応Responding to conduct that violates our terms

4. 広告の配信について4. Advertising

本アプリでは、Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob 等、第三者の広告配信事業者を利用して広告を表示する場合があります。これらの事業者は、利用者の興味・関心に応じた広告を表示するために、広告識別子（iOS の IDFA、Android の広告 ID）、端末情報、広告の閲覧・操作履歴等を取得・利用することがあります。これらの情報の取り扱いは、各広告配信事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。 The apps may display advertising through third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob (Google LLC). These providers may collect and use advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), device information and ad interaction history in order to show ads relevant to your interests. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies.

iOS では、アプリをまたいだトラッキングのために IDFA を利用する前に、OS の許可を求めるダイアログを表示します。ここで「許可しない」を選択された場合、IDFA は取得されません。 On iOS, we ask for permission through the system dialog before using the IDFA for cross-app tracking. If you choose not to allow it, the IDFA is not collected.

パーソナライズされた広告の配信は、以下の方法でいつでも停止（オプトアウト）できます。 You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time.

• iOS：「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「トラッキング」から、アプリごとのトラッキング許可をオフにするiOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and turn off tracking per app
• iOS：「設定」>「プライバシーとセキュリティ」>「Apple の広告」から「パーソナライズされた広告」をオフにするiOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising, and turn off Personalized Ads
• Android：「設定」>「Google」>「広告」から「広告 ID を削除」又は「広告のカスタマイズをオプトアウト」を選択するAndroid: Settings > Google > Ads, then delete your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation
• Google の広告設定：https://myadcenter.google.com/Google ad settings: https://myadcenter.google.com/

オプトアウトされた場合も広告自体は表示されますが、利用者の興味・関心に基づかない広告となります。Google による広告目的での情報利用については https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads をご確認ください。 Ads are still shown after opting out, but they are no longer based on your interests. 5. アクセス解析ツール及び外部サービスについて5. Analytics and external services

当サイト及び本アプリでは、利用状況を把握し改善に役立てるため、Google LLC が提供する Google アナリティクス及び Firebase（Google Analytics for Firebase、Crashlytics）等のアクセス解析ツールを利用する場合があります。これらのツールは、Cookie、端末の識別子、IP アドレス、アプリの操作ログ等を用いてトラフィックデータを収集します。収集されるデータには氏名や連絡先のように直接個人を特定する情報は含まれませんが、端末の識別子及び IP アドレスを含むため、当事業者はこれらを個人に関する情報として取り扱います。 This site and the apps may use analytics tools provided by Google LLC, such as Google Analytics and Firebase (Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics), to understand usage and improve the product. These tools collect traffic data using cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and event logs. That data does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name or contact details, but because it includes device identifiers and IP addresses we treat it as information relating to an individual.

当サイトのお問い合わせフォームでは、自動化された不正送信を防止するため、Google LLC が提供する reCAPTCHA を利用しています。reCAPTCHA の読み込みはお問い合わせページを開いた時点で行われ、送信操作の有無にかかわらず、利用者の IP アドレス、ブラウザ及び端末に関する情報、並びに当該ページ上の操作に関する情報が Google に送信されます。また、当サイトの各ページは Google Fonts からウェブフォントを読み込んでおり、その際にも利用者の IP アドレス及びブラウザに関する情報が Google に送信されます。これらの情報の取り扱いには、Google プライバシーポリシー及びGoogle 利用規約が適用されます。 The contact form on this site uses reCAPTCHA, provided by Google LLC, to prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA loads as soon as the contact page is opened, so your IP address, information about your browser and device, and information about your interaction with the page are sent to Google whether or not you submit the form. Every page on this site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which likewise sends your IP address and browser information to Google. That information is handled under the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service.

6. 第三者提供・外部委託6. Disclosure to third parties

当事業者は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の個人情報を第三者に提供しません。 We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except as follows.

• 利用者の同意がある場合With your consent
• 法令に基づく場合、又は人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要な場合Where required by law, or necessary to protect life, health or property
• 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、業務の一部を外部に委託する場合（サーバー運用、広告配信、アクセス解析、メール送信等）Where we entrust part of our operations to service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes above (server operation, advertising, analytics, email delivery, etc.)

業務を委託する場合、当事業者は、委託先が本ポリシーと同等の水準で利用者の情報を保護することを条件とし、委託先に対して必要かつ適切な監督を行います。 Where we entrust operations to a service provider, we require that the provider protect your information to a standard equal to that described in this policy, and we exercise necessary and appropriate oversight of the provider.

7. 外国にある第三者への提供7. Transfers outside Japan

前項の委託に伴い、利用者の情報が日本国外に所在する事業者に取り扱われる場合があります。主な提供先及び所在国は以下のとおりです。各国の個人情報保護制度に関する情報及び各事業者が講じる措置については、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。 As a result of the above, your information may be handled by providers located outside Japan. • Apple Inc.（アメリカ合衆国）— App Store を通じた配信及び課金処理、Sign in with Apple による認証Apple Inc. (United States) — distribution and purchase processing via the App Store, and Sign in with Apple

8. 安全管理措置8. Security

当事業者は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失又は毀損を防止するため、通信の暗号化（TLS）、アクセス権限の制限、サーバーの適切な管理等、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。 We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, leakage or damage to the information we hold, including TLS encryption, access restrictions and appropriate server administration.

9. データの保存期間と削除9. Retention and deletion

取得した情報は、利用目的の達成に必要な期間、又は法令により保存が義務づけられる期間に限り保存します。アカウント及び関連するデータの削除をご希望の場合は、本アプリ内の設定画面からアカウントを削除してください。削除後、保存されていたデータ（メールアドレスを含む）は当事業者のサーバーから消去されます。本アプリ内の設定から削除できない場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 We retain information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes above, or as required by law. To delete your account and its data, use the in-app settings; the stored data, including your email address, is then erased from our servers. If deletion is not available in the app, please contact us using the details below.

10. 開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求、同意の撤回10. Your rights and withdrawing consent

利用者は、個人情報の保護に関する法律に基づき、保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正・追加・削除、利用の停止・消去、第三者提供の停止を請求することができます。ご請求は下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令の定めに従い遅滞なく対応いたします。 You may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of your retained personal data, as well as suspension of its use or of its provision to third parties. Please contact us using the details below. We will verify your identity and respond without delay as required by law.

利用者は、いったん与えた同意をいつでも撤回できます。広告のためのトラッキングについては前記4.、アクセス解析については前記5.に記載の方法で、それぞれご自身で撤回いただけます。その他の情報の取り扱いに関する同意の撤回、及び本アプリに保存されたデータの削除をご希望の場合は、アプリ内の設定画面からのアカウント削除、又は下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。同意を撤回された場合、本アプリの一部の機能をご利用いただけなくなることがあります。 You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time. You can do so yourself for advertising tracking as described in section 4, and for analytics as described in section 5. To withdraw consent for any other handling of your information, or to have data stored in the app deleted, delete your account from the app's settings or contact us using the details below. Some features of the app may become unavailable after you withdraw consent.

11. 子どものプライバシー11. Children's privacy

本アプリは子どもを対象としたサービスではなく、当事業者は13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。13歳未満の方の情報を取得していたことが判明した場合は、速やかに削除いたします。 The apps are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.

12. EEA 及び英国にお住まいの方へ12. For residents of the EEA and the United Kingdom

EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）及び英国 GDPR が適用される場合、本項が追加で適用されます。個人データの管理者は nejigram（連絡先は後記のお問い合わせ先）です。 Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK GDPR applies, this section applies in addition. The controller of your personal data is nejigram; our contact details are in the Contact section below.

当事業者が個人データを取り扱う法的根拠は、以下のとおりです。 We rely on the following legal bases for processing.

• 正当な利益（第6条1項(f)）— 不正利用の防止、セキュリティの確保、不具合の調査及び修正Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — preventing abuse, maintaining security, and investigating and fixing defects
• 法的義務の遵守（第6条1項(c)）— 法令上保存が求められる記録の保持Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — retaining records required by law

EEA 及び英国においては、広告及びアクセス解析のために端末上の情報を取得・保存する前に、Google の認定同意管理プラットフォーム（CMP）を通じて同意をお伺いします。同意はいつでも撤回でき、本アプリの設定画面から同意フォームを再表示して変更いただけます。 In the EEA and the UK, we ask for your consent through a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) before accessing or storing information on your device for advertising and analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time by reopening the consent form from the app's settings.

利用者は、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、消去、処理の制限、処理に対する異議、データポータビリティ、及び同意の撤回を請求する権利を有します。また、お住まいの国のデータ保護監督機関（英国の場合は情報コミッショナー事務局（ICO））に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。当事業者は、利用者に法的効果を生じさせる自動化された意思決定又はプロファイリングを行いません。 You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you.

当事業者は日本に所在しており、個人データは日本において取り扱われます。欧州委員会は2019年1月23日付で日本について十分性認定を行っており、英国も同等の認定を維持しています。このため、EEA 及び英国から日本の個人情報取扱事業者への個人データの移転は、標準契約条項その他の追加的な移転手段を必要とせずに行うことができます。当事業者は、個人情報の保護に関する法律及び十分性認定に伴う補完的ルールに従って個人データを取り扱います。 We are located in Japan and your personal data is handled in Japan. The European Commission adopted an adequacy decision for Japan on 23 January 2019, and an equivalent finding is maintained by the United Kingdom. Transfers of personal data from the EEA and the UK to a personal information handling business operator in Japan therefore require no Standard Contractual Clauses or other additional transfer mechanism. We handle personal data in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Supplementary Rules accompanying the adequacy decision.

個人データは、アカウントが存続する間、及び利用目的の達成に必要な期間に限り保存します。アクセス解析ツール及びクラッシュレポートのデータは、各提供事業者に設定された保持期間の経過後に自動的に削除されます。 We retain personal data for as long as your account exists and for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above. Data held by analytics and crash reporting tools is deleted automatically once the retention period configured with each provider elapses.

13. 米国にお住まいの方へ13. For residents of the United States

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたサービスではなく、当事業者は、児童オンラインプライバシー保護法（COPPA）の適用を受ける形で13歳未満の子どもから個人情報を取得することを意図していません。 The apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not intend to collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

当事業者は、金銭的対価と引き換えに個人情報を販売していません。ただし、興味・関心に応じた広告を表示する目的で広告識別子を広告配信事業者と共有することは、カリフォルニア州その他の州の法令上の「共有」に該当する場合があります。この共有は、前記4.に記載の方法でいつでも停止できます。州のプライバシー法に基づく権利の行使をご希望の場合は、後記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。 We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, sharing advertising identifiers with ad networks in order to display interest-based advertising may constitute "sharing" under the laws of California and certain other states. You can stop that sharing at any time using the methods described in section 4. To exercise rights under a state privacy law, please contact us using the details below.
